I am Magalie,

A registered nutritional therapist using the principles of functional medicine and nutrigenomics. I am also an ILM accredited well-being coach.

I offer you an alternative and integrated approach to getting your inner spark and unbound energy back.

Rejecting a one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition and well-being, I use nutrition and functional testing looking at the person as a whole and the root causes of your symptoms. 


To this, I also add well-being and culinary coaching to look at behavioral factors, motivation, core issues, values, and limiting beliefs.

Like you, I am a high-achiever and always have had a very competitive side. I was a dedicated ballet dancer and a fierce gymnast growing up.


As an adult, I found myself working in stressful roles in competitive industries from finance to hospitality. The constant traveling, very tight work deadlines, and multi-tasking took a toll on my health, mentally and physically.

Then a nutritional and naturopathic doctor changed my world

After understanding why my body was not working optimally through specific tests and making the appropriate changes to my diet and lifestyle, I finally felt free and had a eureka moment! Understanding my body on a much deeper level with its limits, I was finally able to function at a pace that my body could handle and I was happy with. Getting chronic fatigue syndrome was the best and worst thing that happened to me. Why? Because it led me to where I am today. I invested years in deepening my knowledge and strengthening my skills so that I can help you get to the root cause of your health ailments and reclaim control of your well-being and call the shots.

Applying the Functional Medicine Approach

Nutritional Therapy is a recognised nutritional service considered particularly suited to those with chronic conditions and looking to optimise their health. It uses nutrition science and focuses on a personalised approach to support individuals. A variety of tools are utilised to assess a person’s current health status and identify potential nutritional imbalances. 

In addition to this, I use a Functional Medicine approach that looks at you as a whole and the root causes of your symptoms. It looks at genetic predispositions, environment, food intake, lifestyle, stress, sleep habits, and support networks. The Institute for Functional Medicine teaches health care professionals how to apply these principles in practice by Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice™, which I attended and completed in 2012..I keep up with my nutrition knowledge by attending CPD seminars/webinars.

Well-being coaching is an innovative approach that ensures you can access your inner resources, take responsibility, and make those shifts proactively and willingly.


It bridges the gap between where you are in life and where you want to be. It helps recognise patterns, values, and limiting beliefs that may be impacting your daily life and perhaps holding you back.


As a Well-being coach, my job is to empower you. I use a combination of skills and techniques to help you achieve your goal. We work with the Eight Elements Wheel to help you achieve equilibrium in your life.


Each of the eight key areas plays a vital role in your health and well-being and often by addressing one area you experience a positive impact on the others.
